1- Streetlifepictures possess these images and/or the handling rights to them. They may not be reproduced in
any way without prior permission from us and payment of a royalty, calculated according to the purpose for which the image is used. In no event may our images be sold to third parties in any way without our written permission.
The client is obliged to respect the legal rights relating to our images. It is forbidden to use them for reasons of a pornographic,
defamatory or illegal nature, whatever these may be.
2- Streetlifepictures uses reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, correctness and reliability of the Content, but we make no representations or warranties as to the Contents accuracy, correctness or reliability.
3-The images on Streetlifepictures meet professional requirements although if there should be any complaints, they should be submitted to Streetlifepictures in writing within seven days
following the delivery or electronic transmission of images.
In the absence of remarks made by the client within this period, the client agrees to the quantity, technical characteristics and content of the images.
If any licensed image is not reproduced by you in any way, you can, within 30 days of the date of the invoice, request in writing, the cancellation of the license,
Streetlifepictures may then proceed to cancel the invoice. After 30 days, no cancellations will be accepted and the full amount invoiced shall be due.
